Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

● Website refers to Vitagoodyz, accessible from www.Vitagoodyz.com
● You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or
other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the
Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
We regret to inform that we do not accept any cancellation once the order is placed.

But if there is any damage to the products/goods received, you can always call us or write to us for a refund, provided you submit proper evidence as requested by Vitagoodyz team.
The deadline for raising a refund request for a damaged product/goods is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Replacement/ Refund Policy by Vitagoodyz (Vitagoodyz.com)
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a remote possibility that:
● The item may be damaged during transit
● There might be a manufacturing defect
● A wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package after producing all the evidence as requested by Vitagoodyz team.

No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation. If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer the best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.

If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
